POLICIES AND PRACTICES
Here are some of my specific policies regarding my works, sales of my work, auctions and shipping.  Please make sure you read the whole page thoroughly.

EMAIL LIST

I will combine shipping on any auctions won within three days of each other.  If you wish to extend that time, please email me PRIOR to the auctions finishing to inform me of your intent to do so.  Rates vary for US and International Buyers for combined shipments.

PAYMENTS

I accept PayPal and Money Orders from all US Buyers.  I do accept Credit Cards thru the PayPal system.  For International Buyers, PayPal in USD (US Dollars) is the only form of payment that I will accept.

If payment is recieved by 3:00 pm Central Standard Time I will ship out the miniature the next day for US Buyers.  For International Buyers, it will be three days from date of payment.  See shipping details below.

As stated in the auctions:
Payment is to be made within 7 days of the end of the auction.  No negative bidders are allowed without first clearing it with me prior to the bidding.  Failure to pay or false bidding will result in negative feedback and/or further action taken by me.  I will follow the 7 day payment deadline strictly!!!  Whether you are using PayPal or money orders this rule applies.  So you are warned; if there are any problems, please contact me and we can work something out.  Thanks.

If you are an International bidder, please contact me PRIOR to bidding to discuss payment terms and cost of shipping.  This insures you understand all the costs prior to bidding on the item.  On International bidders I will only accept payments made with PayPal.  Shipping occurs about 2 - 3 days after receipt of payment for International orders.

SHIPPING

I ship via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation for all US Buyers.  I will email you the Confirmation number on the day I ship.

Miniatures that are won or purchased - and paid for - on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday by the 3:00 pm CST deadline will ship out the following Monday unless International, which will ship on Wednesday generally.

International Shipping:  I ship all International shipments via the best method available.  Too many problems have occurred with overseas shipping of late, so I must discuss shipping options with the client first.  Please email me below to discuss the international shipping rates/terms.

If there are any problems, I will contact you immediately to inform you and attempt to work out a satisfactory resolution if necessary.

TERMS

The miniatures/models that are completed and/or painted by Robert Cruse, Jester's Miniature Studios and/or Jesterspeed Studios are intended for your private use if purchased.  You may not enter any works painted by Jester's Miniature Studios and/or Jesterspeed Studios in ANY contest and/or displayed on any website without my express written permission and the acknowledgment that the work is done by Robert Cruse, Jester's Miniature Studios and/or Jesterspeed Studios.  Violation of this condition will result in action taken against you in whatever form deemed necessary up to and including legal action.
